Floor plans should be uploaded as a .gif file to ensure they display in the Floorplan section of the website.
You can also upload .pdf jpg files, but the media must be labelled as floorplan or floor plan (all one word) in order to display correctly on both the website and the property portals. By labelling the floor plan floorplan as such, it will convert the .pdf jpg file to a .gif file automatically to ensure the floor plan displays correctly
