If you can’t find a property on your website, it might be because you’re simply not searching for it properly online, or a simply case of incorrect data entry. Follow the steps below to locate your property.

  1. Rather than manually searching for the property, you You can view any property listing on the website by going to your website address followed by /property/ then the property code or id. eg: www.platinumestates.co.uk/property/chs0003fc . This is an easy way to find any property online using the unique ID of the property from your property CRM without having to manually search for it using the website’s property search

  2. If you can’t find your property online in this way and are using the website's search to manually locate it, it’s important to understand how your search works. You need to ensure the phrase you have searched is contained in the property address, or the postcode of the property has been added to the relevant area in VIA

  3. Lastly, you should consult the relevant guides above to understand how the import from your property CRM works and how frequently the data is uploaded to the website. You need to ensure the listing is marked correctly and enough time has elapsed to allow the property to upload. A good tip is to compare the property with another one that is on the website correctly to compare and ensure you have marked all fields correctly

If you have consulted followed the guides steps above and still cannot work out why a property is not displaying, you can raise a ticket through the Training & Support centre in your VIA software outlining the full property address, price, postcode and whether it's sales or lettings.
