Login to VIA
In the left hand menu, go to Website > Items
Click Add
Pages
Search for the page you want to add your fast lead to (this will be anything after the / of your main website address, eg www.website.com/meet-the-tem would be meet-the-team)
Double click the relevant page from the list
Click the Add button where you want to add your form
In the pop up window select New Item from the drop down selector and click OK
A slide out menu will appear from the right. Enter the following information:

In the left hand menu go to Website > Pages
Use the search bar to find the page you want to add the form to (the name of the page will be the part of the URL that appears after your main website address, eg: meet-the-team)
Double click the appropriate page or right click and select edit
Scroll to the Items section of the page. Start typing the name of your fast lead form and click the relevant option in the drop down box which appears. The item will then be added to the page
- You can move the item up or down the website page by simply dragging and dropping then item in the items field. Items on the left will appear at the top of the website page
Summary - give your Fast lead form a name
Visible - tick this box to make your item available to add to a page. Keep it unticked to save your form as a draft
Item Template - select Fast Lead Form
Title - This title you add here will appear above the form on the website. For example, Register for Email Alerts
Subtitle - This subtitle will appear below the main title. For example, Please enter your email address below
Content - This wording will appear in the form field on the website itself, for example Enter email address
Form Submit Message - Enter ther wording you want to appear one someone completes the form, eg: Thank you for submitting your information
Background Colour - Enter the background colour of the form as you want it to appear on the website. You can also add a transparency to it so the it appears as a colour overlay over any image you add to the Media section, rather than a block colour
Animation - Add an animation effect to the form on the website page when it first loads
Send Email To - Specify the email address you want to be alerted when someone completes the form
Media - Add an image if you want an image to appear as the background of the form
Click Save and Close
To add a fast lead form to a website page:
Click Save and Close
