How to edit/amend the main video on your homepage (the above the fold section)
1) If you have a static video homepage

Login to VIA
Go to Website > Video Pages
Click the Search button > Double click the option in the list or right click and select edit
Scroll to the Home Youtube Code section & enter the Youtube or Vimeo URL
Format for Youtube videos:
Enter the full URL of the video, including the https://. You can also enter the embed code of the video, which is the alphanumerical code which follows the v= section of the URL eg: BDUdkcqLYyk
Please DO NOT enter a URL or embed code taken from a URL in the format of https://youtu.be as this will not work. You must enter either the alphanumerical code or the full Youtube URL of the video in the https://www.youtube.com format. Format for Vimeo videos:
Enter the full URL of the video, including the https:// section. Eg, https://vimeo.com/311625101
Press Save & Close
PLEASE NOTE: Do not attempt to upload the video file to the Media section. VIA is not a video hosting platform. You’ll need to upload your chosen video to Youtube or Vimeo first and generate a link for the video
2) If you have a carousel video

Go to Website > Pages
Use the Search function to find the page called home
Double click the home page from the list, or right click it and select editScroll to the items section. The first item in this section should be an item container, containing all of the slides which you see appearing in the carousel on your homepage. Click into the first item
A new tab will open , scroll to the items sections again, and you will see all the slides that make up your homepage carousel listed hereshowing the wireframe of the page. Click into the slide you want to edit
A new tab will open, scroll to the media section
You may see an image already uploaded here. This will be the image which is used when a visitor views the website on a mobile or tablet device. if you would like to use this image for the video transition, simply name the image homepage-transition in the image name section
Alternatively, you can use a different image to that which you are using for mobiles and tablets, and upload a new image purely for the purposes of the video transition. In this instance, upload your new image, and name the new image homepage-transition in the image name section
Once you are finished, click Save & top module
Edit the Video Embed Code field
Click Save and Close
