How to pull a list of applicants, vendors, or landlords by registration, review, or last contacted date |
Go to CRM > Contacts
Click the Advanced button
Hit Search
Click the blue Change View button (previewed below) and select the History view

This will display all of your contacts showing the registered date, review date, or last contacted date. You can click the column header to filter by any of these columns by newest or oldest
If you require to drill down further, you can use the other advanced filter options such as Office or Owner to only view contacts belonging to a specific branch or agent
