The property search on your website is one of your most important features of your website.  Ensuring your house hunters can search and find your property listings easily is vital to the smooth running of your website, not to mention important for vendors trying to find their own online listing.

As such it's important to understand how the properties you add to your property management software or CRM then end up on your website.

If you are having a website built by Webdadi, it’s important to test your website’s property search during your BETA testing period to ensure you are familiar with how it works and to avoid teething issues once you go live.

How do my properties end up on the website?

In order to add properties to your website, you will either be using Webdadi's VIA software to add them directly, or adding them to a third party CRM provider such as Vebra, Reapit, or Dezrez from which we will import the property listings onto your website.

If you use Webdadi’s VIA software, the following guide explains how to add properties to the website

How to upload/add a property listing

If you use a third party software, you should consult the relevant guide below to ensure you are marking your properties correctly so they appear on the website.

Please note - your website works differently to the property portals, so you should consult the following guides carefully and circulate them to your staff so you can be sure you are marking your properties correctly.

Vebra API import user guide; getting your properties onto your website from Vebra

Reapit Foundations import user guide; getting your properties onto your website from Reapit

Dezrez API import user guide; getting your properties onto your website from Dezrez

Expert Agent API import user guide; getting your properties onto your website from Expert Agent

Eurolink API import user guide; getting your properties onto your website from Veco

BLM import user guide; getting your properties onto your website

What if a property isn’t on my website?

Consult the above guides. The import tools we use power hundreds of estate agent websites. 90% of issues occur not on a technical level, but because of bad data entry in the client’s CRM.

You should also check the frequency of your supplier's import in the above guides to ensure enough time has passed between you adding the property and when we are due to download new information. Not all the imports work in real time like the property portals.

If you have consulted the guides above and still cannot work out why a property is not displaying, you can raise a ticket through the Training & Support centre in your VIA software.

Do you monitor the properties that are being imported to the website?

Yes. We have monitoring on all of our tools to alert us to any issues, including issues with your third party supplier.

We also have logs to track what properties have been imported, edited, or deleted at any given point in time
