How to reorder the list of Areas on your website

When you add a Areas to the Areas section of VIA and mark them as visible, a website page is automatically created which displays all of these areas in a hub page.

This website page can be found by going to your website address followed by /area-guide

By default, all your areas will display in alphabetical order. To customise the order:

  • Login to VIA

  • In the left hand menu, go to the top tab (labelled Areas & Offices, Property Editor or CRM)

  • Click Areas

  • Double click the area you want to edit, or right click and select Edit

  • You’ll see an Order field. You can use this field to specify what order you want each area to appear in on the page. You can specify type a number from 0 - 99 whereby 0 appears at the top. If two areas have the same number in this field, they will display in alphabetical order
