How to upload a PDF to your website's main menu or footer (eg: CMP, TPO, or ICO membership certificate)

You may want to add a PDF that can be accessed through your website. These PDFs might be for certificates such as:

  • Client Money Protection (CMP) membership certificate or other deposit protection scheme

  • The Property Ombudsman (TPO) membership certificate

  • Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) membership certificate

  • Other membership schemes you may be a part of

  • PDFs of information about your business, such as brochures, complaints procedures, or a price list of charges

VIA allows you to upload media documents to your software. Once uploaded, the document then has a unique URL address which you can use to view the document online at anytime. Once you have uploaded the document, you can then link to it in any way you need. The most common ways people choose to link to a document is through either the main menu or the footer of the website.
