Customising the property alert email template - How to change the contact details within the email
This article covers how to customise the Property Email template for both automated and manually triggered property alerts when a singular property is sent within the email. See below for instructions on how to apply this setting to your website, and the result of different values.

Instructions for users to set config options
In the left hand menu, go to Settings > Configuration > Website >Property > Emails
Input a numeric value from the key below that correlates with the intended options into the Property Contact Option field
Please Note: Current options include the following
Value [Blank] = Standard functionality. If the property has an agent associated with it, the phone number and email address of that agent is output. If there is no agent associated with the property, the contact information of the office that the property is assigned to is output.
Value [1] = A link to the homepage of your website is output with the text Visit Our Website and if the property has an internal code this is output as a reference for the property below this link.
Value [2] = A mailto link to send an email to the office to which the property is assigned is generated with the text Contact (Your Company Name) and if the property has an internal code this is output as a reference for the property below this link.
