Welcome to your new knowledge base space
A knowledge base is a shared resource that your whole team can use and contribute to.
Use it to build a wiki, create content to deflect help-desk requests, or for anything else where you want to quickly create lots of pages without worrying about organization and structure.
To start, you might want to:

This space is for articles for that will appear in the Training & Support Centre in VIA.
Any document added here should be for public consumption (ie: customer facing). It is for instructional articles & comprehensive help guides to the VIA software and other Webdadi products.
It can also be used for hints & tips and best practise guides to aid customers in how they use their website/VIA
