Editing the Tenancy Info pop-up wording on your website

To edit the wording of the pop up which appears when someone clicks the Tenancy Info link which sits under individual property listings on the property search results pages.

  • Login to VIA

  • In the left hand menu go to Settings > Configuration

  • Website > Notifications > Lettings Fees

  • Edit the Lettings Fees Text field. This is a text editor field where you can add any wording you need to, and format the text accordingly. The text will appear on your website as you enter it in VIA

  • Your changes will automatically save. A pop up will appear in the top right of the window saying your changes have been saved
