Other properties you might be interested in website feature

The other properties you might be interested in feature will display displays similar properties that a house hunter might be interested in at the bottom of the individual property listings pages.

What properties will it display?

• It will display properties that are allocated to the same branch as the property they are viewing

AND

• Properties within 30% above or below the current marketing price of the property they are viewing

This feature can be turned on/off in the Settings > Configuration section of VIA. It is called Show Also Available Properties
