Unarchiving or reactivating an archived property

If you have previously archived a property, you have the option to make the the property active again

  • Login to VIA

  • On the left hand menu, go to the top tab entitled either CRM or Property Editor

  • Select Property to open the property tab

  • You will see a search box with several button. Click the Advanced button to view additional search criteria

  • In the Status field, select Archived from the drop down list

  • Use the other search criteria to search for the relevant property. Click the Search button to initiate a search

  • Right click the relevant property from the list of properties and select the Activate option.

  • A pop up will appear asking you to confirm whether you want to activate the property. Click Yes

  • Your property has now been reactivated. Reset your search criteria to search for the active property in the list
