Editing the position of the property map pin

When you add a property to VIA, the map pin location which appears on your website will be automatically assigned according to the address & postcode you enter. Sometimes, the map pin can be assigned inaccurately on the map and you may want to edit its position.

VIA allows you to move the map pin location so you can set the position exactly yourself.

To edit the map pin location of the property

• Login to VIA

• Go to the Property menu tab and search for the property you want to edit (you can access the property tab by clicking the top tab called CRM or Property Editor > Property)

• In the top section, there is a field called Location. You should see a map, with the location of the property indicated by a red pin

• You can simply click on the map to relocate the pin to the where you wish (single click to move the map pin, click and hold to move the map position, and hold down control and scroll to zoom into or out of the map)
