Uploading a property to the property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla or On The Market

When you add a property listing, pressing Save will automatically send the property listing to the portals as long as the following conditions are met

  • Any field with a * is a required field. They must be entered before you can save a property record

  • Only properties with an active Status will display on your website and be sent to the property portals. The active property statuses are:

    • For Sale

    • To Let

    • Under Offer

    • Sold STC

    • Sold

    • Let

  • You can hide the property from either the website or the property portals by:

    • Ticking the Hide from website or Exclude from portals boxes. This will continually hide the property from the portals until such time as you untick this option.

    • Allocating the Status of the property to any option that is NOT For Sale/To Let, Under Offer, Sold STC, Sold, Let Agreed (eg: allocating a status of hidden, withdrawn, exchanged, completed etc.)

    • If you delete the property entirely from VIA it will remove it from the portals
