Uploading a property to the property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla or On The Market

When you add a property listing, pressing Save will automatically send the property listing to the portals as long as the following conditions are met

• Any field with a * is a required field. They must be entered before you can save a property record

• Only properties with an active Status will display on your website and be sent to the property portals. The active property statuses are:

  • For Sale

  • To Let

  • Under Offer

  • Sold STC

  • Sold

  • Let

• You can hide the property from either the website or the property portals by ticking the Hide from website or Exclude from portals boxes. This will continually hide the property from the portal until such time as you untick this option
