How to edit your office/branch page

Your website will have a website page dedicated to your office(s). The page(s) will have the URL offices/estate-agents/name-of-office

To edit this page, it won't be found in the usual Website > Pages section. Rather, your offices have their own dedicated space within VIA as this section controls more than just the content of the website page.

To edit the page

  • Login to VIA

  • In the left hand menu, go to the top tab (called Areas & Offices, Property Editor, Lead Manager or CRM depending on what software edition you are using)

  • Click the Offices tab

  • Use the search bar at the top of the tab to search for your office, or just click the Search button to view all

  • Double click the relevant office from the list, or right click and select Edit

  • A new window will open allowing to edit the office details which output on the website page. We have outlined the fields below which output on the website page

    • Hide from web - click this option to hide your page from public view

    • Address - all the address fields will output in the address section

    • What 3 Words - Add the what 3 words location of your office

    • Location - specify the map pin location of the property

    • Departments - your contact details such as your phone number and email address are controlled here. Click the Add Departments button to add multiple departments to display multiple contact details on the one page. Leave the dropdown as Default if you only wish to display one set of details without any departments information

    • Title - edit the title of the office as it appears at the top. If this is left blank, it will display the office Name field followed by estate agents or lettings agents (whatever the office has been marked as)

    • Sub title - Add s subtitle underneath the main title

    • Description - Allows you to add a brief paragraph about your office. Use the text editor options to embolden, italicise or underline your text. You can also add images and videos to the body of text

    • Window Title - edit the window title of the page

    • Meta Description - edit the meta description of the page

    • Opening Hours - use this field to specify the opening hours that display. You can leave this field blank if you’d prefer

    • Media - use this section to control the image that appears at the top of the page

  • Click Save and Close once you have finished editing
