How do I purchase SMS text credits for my VIA account?

If you have run out of SMS text credit and are now unable to send messages through VIA, you can top up your account with more credit.

  • Login to VIA

  • Go to the top tab (called CRM or Lead Manager) > Offices

  • Click Search

  • You’ll now see a list of all the offices setup on your account. You’ll see a summary of the SMS Credits available on the right hand column. For the office you want to add SMS credits to, click the Add button

  • A pop up will now appear asking you to enter the amount of text credits you’d like to purchase. Simply enter the amount you want to purchase and click Send.

  • A pop up will then appear to confirm your request has been sent

  • A member of the Webdadi team will then be in touch to confirm your request, invoice for the relevant amount, and then top up your account for you

PLEASE NOTE: SMS Credits are assigned to a specific Office. All staff associated with that office are able to send SMS alerts using the Office's credits. SMS Credits can not be assigned to individuals.
