I can't remember my login to my VIA software?

Simply visit your website address followed by /webdadi

DO NOT try to login to www.webdadi.com/webdadi or Google the phrase 'webdadi login.' Your software login is unique to your business

I can't remember my login credentials to my VIA software?

Simply visit your website address followed by /webdadi

Enter your email into the Email field

Click the forgot password link. If you don't receive an email to reset your password, check with your Super User that you have been added as a user to your VIA software. You Super User can also reset your password

How do I view the Training & Support centre in VIA?

Login to VIA by visiting your website address followed by /webdadi

In the left hand side menu, click the blue Training & Support Centre. Use the search bar to search for keywords relating to your query or question (eg: “SEO” or “adding a user”)

I've added a property to VIA and it hasn't appeared on Rightmove, Zoopla or another property portal yet or is missing information/media

  • Resend the property to the portals by simply resaving the property. This is the quickest way to resend a property to the portals and correct anything instantly

  • If the problem persists:

    • Find the property in VIA and check the exports section for any errors which will tell you what needs to be corrected (go to CRM > Property >search for the property > double click it from the list and scroll to the Exports section) or it will confirm if a property has been successfully sent

    • Make sure the full postcode of the property has been entered

    • Make sure there are no blank Main Feature bullet points in the Main Features section

    • Ensure the Exclude from portals option isn’t ticked

    • Ensure the Status of the property has been set to For Sale or To Let

    • Resend the property to the portals by simply resaving the property. This is the quickest way to resend a property to the portals

I've added a property to VIA or a third party CRM and it hasn't appeared on the website yet?

  • Check all the key information for the property has been filled out and it has been made available for the website

  • If all media isn't displaying, simply add a space to the address or the description fields in your software. This will retrigger the import and force the media to redownload

  • Ensure your media has been added in the correct format.

    • Images should be .jpg (please note, .jpeg will not work)

    • Floorplans should be .gif

    • Brochures should be .pdf

    • EPCs should be .png

  • If you are on an import, the import of information from your CRM to your website will not be in real time as it is for the portals. Check your setup agreement to see the frequency of your feed. It may just be a case of waiting for the next import to run. The fastest import available is through the Vebra API (available to Alto customers) which updates every 15 minutes.
